2. Because, pursuant to section 14C(9)(b) of the Establishment and Operation of the Single Financial Dispute Resolution Body for Out-of-Court Disputes Law, 2010, as amended and\/or replaced from time to time:<\/p>\n

“(9) The mediator shall, at the conclusion of the mediation, submit to the Commissioner a report on the mediation conducted, which shall be recorded in a record kept by the Commissioner specifically for that purpose, stating the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

(b) that the two parties have consulted in good faith and have completed a special mediation process control form on the basis of a special form contained in such interpretative circulars as the Commissioner may issue in implementing the provisions of this Part; and<\/strong><\/p>\n
