Who We Are<\/h2>\n

The office of the Financial Commissioner (Ombudsman) was established and operates on the basis of the Law for the Establishment and Operation of the Financial Ombudsman of the Republic of Cyprus of 2010, as amended and\/or replaced from time to time. The Financial Ombudsman is a member of the European Financial Dispute Resolution Network FIN-NET<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
